What is Worthy Work?

This isn’t just another workout. This is EMOM — Every Minute On the Minute — a high-intensity, full-engagement training system where every minute matters. Designed to push your limits and elevate your fitness, this 5-day program keeps you physically challenged, mentally dialed in, and always progressing.

Each 29–30 minute session is structured to maximize effort and efficiency. You're not just passing time — you're working with purpose, from the first second to the last. The format keeps your heart rate elevated, your muscles firing, and your mind focused as you move through precise reps and intentional rest.

This program is where faith meets movement, and where we shift the focus to what you can do — not what you can’t. I coach with the belief that God created you in His image, and that you can rely on His strength to do hard things — in your workouts and in your life.

Each workout is fully guided, combining intentional movement, mindset coaching, and a devotional through 1 Peter to help you care for your body, renew your mind, and grow in strength — physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

What is EMOM?

EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute) is a time-based training method where you perform a specific number of reps at the top of every minute, then rest for the remainder of the minute. It's efficient, scalable, and highly effective—especially when paired with progressive overload and focused muscle group targeting.

What is Progressive Overload?

Progressive overload is the gradual increase of stress placed on the body during training. This can be achieved by:

  • Increasing weight

  • Increasing reps

  • Decreasing rest

  • Improving form or tempo

What to Expect:

  • Day 1: Back and Lats

  • Day 2: LEGS

  • Day 3: Chest and Biceps

  • Day 4: Full body

  • Day 5: Upper body

Hi!

I’m Bethany. I’m a wife and mom of five (yes, five!) kids ages 5 to 10, a certified personal trainer and sports nutrition coach, and a licensed therapist with over 15 years of experience walking alongside women through every season of life.

This workout program was born out of a deep desire to bridge faith and fitness — to help women like you see your body the way God does: strong, worthy, and deeply loved. Here, we don’t chase perfection. We pursue purpose.

Whether you’re just getting started or looking to push your limits, you’ll find workouts that challenge you physically, nourish you spiritually, and meet you right where you are — no guilt, no shame, just grace and growth.
